Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and an account identifier. We also keep records of your credits and purchases.

If you sign in using an email code, we use your email address to identify your account and send the code through Resend. Codes expire after ten minutes; we store a protected digest rather than the readable code. Expired code records are removed by database cleanup. We retain delivery metadata for 30 days and abuse-prevention records to limit unwanted email.

You can edit and preview documents on your device. When you download a new document, its details and any images you added are sent to us to create your PDF and save the document in your account.

How we use your information

We use your information to manage your account, create your documents, let you download saved documents again, track your credit balance, and process purchases.

Sign-in, payments, and service providers

We use Google for sign-in and Razorpay for payments. These providers handle information needed to deliver their services under their own privacy policies. Payment details entered at checkout go directly to Razorpay. We do not store your card details or send your bill contents to Razorpay.

Optional PDF emails

If you choose to email a PDF, we send the saved document and your signed-in email address to Resend to deliver the attachment. Emailing is optional and does not affect downloading. We do not enable email open or click tracking. Replies go to our support mailbox on Zoho Mail.

We temporarily retain the outgoing email and attachment for up to 24 hours, plus the database cleanup interval, to retry safely without sending duplicate copies. Delivery status records are retained with your account. Resend and your email provider also process and retain messages under their own policies.

Cookies and saved documents

We use cookies to keep you signed in and save drafts in your browser so you can continue editing later. Documents you download are saved in your account for future downloads. We do not currently use third-party analytics tools.

You can manage cookies and clear drafts through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may prevent sign-in. On a shared device, other people using the same browser may be able to see your drafts.

Data security

Access to saved documents is protected by account sign-in and access checks. No online service can guarantee complete security. Keep your email and Google accounts secure, never share sign-in codes, and sign out when using a shared device.

Data retention and deletion

Browser drafts expire 30 days after your last edit. Account information, purchase records, and saved documents do not currently expire automatically. We retain them to provide your account, credit balance, purchase history, and repeat downloads.

Clearing your browser data removes drafts from that browser, but not saved account records or downloaded PDFs. Account and saved-document deletion controls are not currently available.
