Using the service

Our tools help you create bills, invoices, receipts, and salary slips from the details you enter. You may use them for genuine personal or business records that you are authorized to create.

Your account

You can edit and preview documents without an account. Sign in with Google to download PDFs and manage your saved documents and credits. Keep your account secure and do not let others use it without your permission.

Responsible use

Use only information and images you have permission to use. Do not create fraudulent or misleading documents, invent payments or employment, impersonate another person or business, or claim an affiliation that does not exist. Do not use the service to break the law or interfere with other users or the website.

Document accuracy

Check names, dates, amounts, taxes, and other details before downloading or sharing a document. You are responsible for the information you enter and how you use the output.

We do not verify identities, businesses, employment, payments, or transactions. Creating a document does not make it an official record or guarantee that an employer, business, or authority will accept it. Fuel receipts are sample records, not receipts issued by a fuel station or GST tax invoices. Our tools do not replace professional advice or required supporting records.

Credits and downloads

New Google accounts receive 15 free credits once. Creating and previewing documents is free. Each new document prepared for download costs 10 credits, regardless of the generator or number of pages. Your first document uses 10 of your free credits, leaving 5.

Downloading a saved document again is free. Opening an editable copy is also free; downloading that copy as a new document costs 10 credits. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no subscription, and credits do not expire.

If document creation fails, the held credits become available again once the failure is confirmed. If a document is saved but its download fails, you can download it again from your account for free.

Payments and refunds

Credit pack prices are shown on the pricing page, and payments are processed through Razorpay. See our Refund Policy for cancellations, missing credits, duplicate charges, and refund requests. New purchases and credit spending may be paused while a payment dispute is reviewed; saved downloads remain available.

Third-party brands and logos

Third-party brand names, trademarks, and logos belong to their respective owners. My Bill Generator is an independent document-generation service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the brands shown. Documents created using this service are user-generated and are not issued or verified by those brands.

Availability and contact

The service may change or be temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copies of documents you need. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
